Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar met with representatives of Chonqing International Construction Corporation last May 23, 2019 at the Shangri-la Hotel in Makati City.
Through the help of China Philippines Unlimited Enterprises (CPU) – represented by Mr. Michael Ma, VP for External Affairs; Ms. Joanne Zhao, Executive Assistant and Atty. Paul V. Mercado Legal Affairs Officer, Chongqing International Construction Corporation met with members of the DPWH to know more about the potential projects and opportunities they can participate in.
DPWH Sec. Mark Villar was joined by Dir. Virgilio Castillo, Atty. Pristine de Guzman and Atty. Sharie Lulu Tan. Chongqing International Construction Corporation was represented by Mr. Pan Xiongyan, General Manager for Overseas Development Branch; Mr. Wang Cheng, Business Manager; Mr. Wu Qingzhi, Chief Representative and Mr. Andi Zhang.
